Terms of Service
microXpert Corporation offers IT services under the terms and conditions outlined below. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and accept all associated risks.
No-Charge Guarantee
microXpert only charges for successfully completed services. If we are unable to resolve your IT issue, you will not incur any charges.
Terms and Liability
- While we take every precaution to safeguard your data and ensure its safety before performing any service, there is always a risk of data loss. microXpert Corporation and its employees are not liable for any data loss, time loss, or other damages resulting from IT equipment, parts, or service failures.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing or unforeseen issues with IT equipment that may arise during servicing.
- microXpert Corporation is not liable for services provided by third parties, including those we may recommend
- All products sold by microXpert remain the property of microXpert Corporation until the invoice is paid in full.
- Service charges begin when we arrive at your location and end when we leave. Any delays caused by the customer or their employees are chargeable.
Service Rates, Hours and minimum charge:
- Subscriptions: Microsoft 365 email hosting subscriptions are annual commitment and subscriber abide by Microsoft Agreement.
- Services Rates: As per microXpert Services Rate list.
- After the first hour, charges are billed in 15-minute increments.
- Evening Hours: After-hours rates apply from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Morning Hours: After-hours rates are also in effect from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Night Hours: The night rates are applicable from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
- In-Shop and Remote Services: 1 hour minimum.
- On-Site Services: 1 hour minimum + travel time + out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., parking, Highway 407 charges where applicable)
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Response Time:
- Critical Issues: Immediate response (e.g., within 15-30 minutes).
- High Priority: Response within 1-2 hours.
- Medium Priority: Response within 4-8 hours.
- Low Priority:: Response within 12-24 hours
Estimates
microXpert provides written or verbal estimates based on approximate time and materials required. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen issues with IT equipment.
Warranty
microXpert guarantees all services provided remotely, in-shop, or on-site. Hardware repairs are covered for one hundred (100) days. Software issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction, but no software warranty is provided. The warranty applies only to parts replaced from our stock and services performed by us.
